The Children of Earth

We are the children of the Earth, the heirs of its beauty
But we have forgotten our roots, our bond, and our duty
We have chased the dreams of progress, wealth, and fame
We have lost the balance, the harmony, and the grace

We have seen the consequences and the costs
We have felt the pain, the grief and the loss
We have heard the cries, the pleas, and the calls

But we have a choice, a chance, and hope
We have a voice, a power, and a role
We have a vision and a goal
We all have a mission, a passion, and a soul

We can restore the Earth, our home, our mother
We can protect life, the diversity and the wonder
We can create a future filled with peace
We can be the heroes, the leaders, and the saviours

We are the children of Earth, the heirs of its beauty
But no longer have we forgotten our duty
